We are still in the process of improving our in game messaging for Account Sanctions.
Currently if an account has a temporary sanction you'll see a message with the remaining time before you can log in again.
Most temporary account sanctions usually last for 15 minutes or up to a day. For accounts that have a history of penalties they may receive longer suspensions.
