I unlocked the drop on Twitch but I haven't received a code yet?!?!?!?

The year is 2026 and email servers can still be slow. If the drop is showing up in your Twitch Inventory as earned you should get a code eventually. If it has been over 24 hours and you haven't received your code please hit us up so we can help you out.

In your ticket include a screenshot of your Twitch Inventory showing any claimed items.

Why am I seeing an error message when trying to link my Twitch account on the 1047 Games account website?

Most of the time the account link fails because the Twitch account is already linked to another 1047 Games account or the login system didn't work for some reason. General troubleshooting with your browser can usually fix this issue so try these steps.

  • Try a different browser
    • Test the site in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
  • Try Incognito/private mode
  • Disable extensions or ad blockers
    • Some browser extensions (especially ad blockers) interfere with site scripts.
  • Try a hard refresh
    • Ctrl + F5 or Shift + F5 (in most browsers)

If all else fails feel free to reach out to us and we can check it out.

Why is my progress not updating on Twitch?
