General Troubleshooting

Try these basic troubleshooting steps first if you are running into issues with playing the game on console.

Unable To Download/Install The Game

If you are running into issues with installing or downloading SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded on your console check out the following troubleshooting articles:

Restart Your Console
Restarting your console can help with resolving some technical issues, so we recommend that as a first step if you are running into any issues with playing the game on you console.
Updating Your Console

If your console is set to manually update then you could end up missing the latest system updates. Check out these articles to make sure your console is fully up-to-date:

Reinstall Game

If you’re experiencing crashing or loading issues, try reinstalling the game to see if that resolves the issue.

 

Xbox

  1. Press the Xbox button to open up the guide, then select My Games & Apps > See All > Games
  2. Highlight SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded, press the Menu button, select Uninstall and follow the prompts.
  3. Afterwards you can navigate to your game library and reinstall SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded.

 

PlayStation

  1. Highlight SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded from your Home menu, then press the Options button and select Delete
  2. Afterwards you can navigate to your game library and reinstall SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded.

Network Troubleshooting

Network issues such as disconnects, high ping, and or being unable to connect at all can happen due to a variety factors. We have some troubleshooting steps below if you are experiencing network issues.

Something to keep in mind is if you are playing in a region far away from our game servers it is possible you may experience some in-game network issues.

Check You Console's Service Status

Make sure there aren't any known network outages for your console, you can use the links below to check their status:

Power Cycle Your Router/Gateway

Sometimes power cycling your router and modem/gateway can get your connection back up to speed. Do the following to power cycle your router and modem.

  1. Completely unplug your router and modem from power and wait around 1 minute.
  2. Plug your router and modem back into the power outlet and wait a few minutes for them to boot back up.
  3. Once your internet connection is re-established you can test to see if the original issue is persisting.
Ethernet Connection
WiFi can be a bit unstable which can result in disconnects, high ping and or packet loss. We recommend using an Ethernet cable if possible to help eliminate any potential local network interference.
